EXHIBITORS’ PACKAGE (R15 000.00 per 3m x3m stand)

Package to include the following:

    • 3m x3m Shell Scheme
    • 2 x Spots per 9m2 stand
    • 1 x Plug point per 9m2
    • 15 amp power point with a shared dB Board
    • Single phase power (3 phase to be arranged upon request)
    • 1 x Company name (standard type face up to 25 letters without logo)
    • Fascia with name of exhibiting company (standard colour and coordinated with event branding)
    • 1X Exhibitor registration
    • Logo to appear on the event website with a link to your company site
    • Logo to appear in the conference magazine with a 50 word write up

Furniture:

  • 1 x Round table with table cloth per 9 m2 stand
  • 2 x Conference chairs per 9 m2 stand

The number of stands available is limited and they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
An exhibitor’s manual and conference magazine will be sent to all exhibitors who reserve and pay for a stand. Freight and forwarding service will be rendered especially for exhibitors coming from outside South Africa needing assistance with delivery of exhibits to conference venue
N.B. SARA is not VAT registered in South Africa hence it is exempted from charging VAT.
