Cancellations: Cancellations by fax or email received by 31 August 2012 will be refunded less 20 percent surcharge. Thereafter a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the registration fee will apply for cancellations received by 15th October 2012. Thereafter no refund will be payable for cancellation. Delegate substitutes are welcome at any time without surcharge.
Indemnity: If for any reason SARA decides to amend this event, we will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates. Should for any reason outside the control of SARA the venue or speakers change, or the event is cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, SARA shall endeavour to re-schedule. The delegate hereby indemnifies SARA from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the delegate.
